Sauce
This sauce is absolutally delicious, and doesn't take very long to make either. You must serve it with ice cream, try marshmellows with it aswell.

Hot Fudge Sauce:
100 g dark chocolate, chopped
30 g unsalted butter
2 tablespoons golden syrup or corn syrup
100 g dark brown sugar
125 ml double cream
MAKES ABOUT 350 ML
Put all ingredients in a saucepand and heat, stirring, until melted. Bring
to the boil, remove from the heat and serve hot or warm.
